For any defective products, please send an email to services_15582772518@163.com. for better suggestions. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us immediately after receiving it.
We will refund or reprint your order free of charge in the following cases:

What should you do?

If you received the wrong item/damaged item, please send us a photo of the item you received.
Once we evaluate, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 working days. If the request is approved by our team, the refund is expected to arrive within 2-3 working days.
Returns
If you receive a wrong or defective item, you do not need to return it to us. In this case, we always agree to refund you. Delivery is expected within 2-3 business days.
Please note: We do not offer refunds, reprints or returns in the following cases:
Your order was not delivered due to factors within your control (i.e. wrong delivery address provided, not home to receive delivery, not picking up package on request); and
Your order was not delivered due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our store's control (i.e. not clearing customs in your country, delays due to natural disasters, showing "delivered" in tracking system, sent to your email but lost).

We do not offer size exchanges/returns unless the item is the wrong size due to our fault. For other reasons, such as printing issues, we will resolve it for you.
